RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods.

You must send us a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or an email) declaring your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may also use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you prefer, you can also electronically submit your withdrawal declaration via our website. In this case, we will send you confirmation of receipt (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back – whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Whenever possible, please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective packaging to avoid transport damage.
