1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Use our Return Portal to start the process.
You’ll need your order number + email.
Please make sure:

  • Item is in original condition with tags + packaging.
  • Not used, washed, or altered.
  • Return is made within 14 days of delivery.

2. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

  • Refund (original payment): €4.90 shipping fee will be deducted.
  • Refund as store credit: get +€10 bonus credit.
  • Exchange: €4.90 shipping fee applies, payable by card.

After confirmation, download your DHL label.
Print it or just scan the QR at DHL.
Pack the item safe, keep all tags/labels attached.
